Chocolate Recipe – Raw Chocolate Tarts with Coconut Whip Recipe

Today we are going to learn how to make a very indulgent dessert.Stop the press it's almost worth a media release!! This is a show stopper chocolate Recipe for a dinner party or a perfect treat for a cheat meal!

Chocolate Recipe – Raw Chocolate Tarts with Coconut Whip Recipe

With Coconut Whip and Raspberry Sauce



You will need a 12 basket Muffin Tin or 2 x6. Alternatively a 6 inch cake tin to make one large pie..I love the word pie....

Ingredients for Chocolate Recipe- Pecan Choc Base:
1 Cup of Pecans
1 Cup of Walnuts
12 Medijool Dates or Soaked Dates
¼ Teaspoon of salt
¼ Cup of Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons of Honey or Agave
Ingredients for Chocolate Recipe - Chocolate Torte
2 Cups of soaked cashews (soak overnight)
1 Cup of Cacao Powder – Wet down with water until it’s a sludge
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
½ Cup of Melted Cacao Butter
1 Cup of Agave or Honey
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Coconut Whip
2 Cans of Coconut Cream or Milk chilled overnight
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of agave or honey
Strawberry Sauce
1 Punnet of strawberries
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
2 tablespoons of Agave or honey

Base
Break down the pecans and walnuts in a blender until really fine. Add the rest of the ingredients in and process until your base dough forms- you will need to be careful and stop often and scrape down Don’t blow up your motor! Press into your moulds/ tins and place in the freezer until you’re ready to proceed with the next layer.

Chocolate Torte filling
Combine all ingredients except the Cacao Butter and bland until super smooth. It’s best as stated to wet down the Cacao Powder first. It will be very dark and sweet but that’s ok it’s the whole point! Once mixed add the melted Cacao Butter and blend. Pour into your moulds/tins. Place in the Freezer to firm up for an hour or two. Once firm to touch remove and get ready for the next part!

Whip
Scrape out the hard separated coconut cream from the tins and drain off the fluid. Combine the hard part with the rest of whip ingredients and whip up until smooth. Pipe, pour or slather – you choose! Sprinkle with Cacao Powder lightly and place in the fridge
Firm up in the fridge – give this about 4 to 6 hours or 3 hours in the cooler

When you’re ready to serve blend all berry ingredients and pour over each slice. Enjoy
